CCSP Hosts First Annual Back to School Party
Pastor Tim Green and members of Calvary Chapel South Pittsburgh (CCSP) hosted their first back to school event for the children of West Elizabeth. With a motivational speaker and a teen band, the children went back to school with a great send-off.

CCSP Church of West Elizabeth Reaching Out to Community Organizations
Reverend Tim Green, alongside his church family and community volunteers, has been working hard to repair CCSP Church in West Elizabeth for their upcoming Open House, but that hasn’t stopped him from helping others in the process.

 

West Elizabeth Welcomes New Church: The Calvary Chapel South Pittsburgh Church
Calvary Chapel South Pittsburgh is in the process of cleaning up the church and making minor repairs. There are a few larger jobs that also need to be tackled, which they are undergoing one step at a time. These hurdles have not hindered Pastor Green’s efforts to open his church. For the time being, they hold Sunday services at the Elizabeth Grand Theatre every Sunday at 10:30 a.m.

 

Calvary Chapel fellowship plans Community Day in West Elizabeth
Calvary Chapel South Pittsburgh church doesn’t want to waste time becoming part of the community in West Elizabeth. The fellowship only began moving into what was the old West Elizabeth United Methodist Church at the corner of Lincoln and Fifth streets this summer and has not yet held a formal Sunday service there but pastor Tim Green said his organization wants to introduce itself to the community and let residents know it plans to be a good neighbor.
